On March 15, the training of the project “Sanarip Insan” was held in the city of Naryn.
Naryn is an important trading post due to the proximity of the border with China, and the city itself is a free economic zone.
The basis of the district’s economy is animal husbandry and agriculture. The area of arable land is 27.4 thousand hectares. cereals, fodder crops, potatoes and vegetables are grown.
Training to improve the digital skills of the population in rural areas, this time is held on the topic “Electronic commerce”. In particular, the training participants learn in practice to take photos and videos (mobilography) of their products or services provided, edit, create a text description for them (copywriting) and place them on various electronic platforms.
More than 20 girls, women and young people took part in the training in Naryn. During the training, the participants took pictures of their products in practice and posted photos on the Internet for presentation to their customers. Upon completion, all participants were awarded certificates stating that they had completed the training on “Electronic Commerce”.

On March 13 the training in the region of the project “Sanarip Insan” continued in the village Bokonbaev.
Bokonbaev village is the center of ecological tourism in Kyrgyzstan. Every year it receives hundreds of tourists from different countries of the world. One of the villages with a strong strategic potential of agro-industrial direction. For example, in this village, currant and apricot festivals are held annually in August, which have already become traditional. Farmers can sell their products at the festival, and it is also a good opportunity for fruit and berry processors to present their products on the market. After the residents of this village take part in the training on e-commerce of the Sanarip Insan project, they can sell their goods/ services not only in Kyrgyzstan, but also abroad with the help of an online store.

Karakol is the administrative center of the Issyk-Kul region. It has a strong economic potential and is the fourth largest city in Kyrgyzstan. Karakol creates conditions for economic activity for residents of three surrounding districts; these are Jeti – Oguz, Tyup and Ak-Suu districts. Among the areas of activity – hotel and restaurant business, mountain tourism, beekeeping, animal husbandry, milk production, as well as the cultivation and processing of vegetables and fruits.

On April 27, the second International Forum “Opportunities of Information Technologies for Girls in Central Asia” will be held in Bishkek, organized in honor of the International Day of “Girls in ICT”, which is celebrated in 195 countries around the world. The forum will feature local and international experts, successful women in the field of information technology, who will share their experiences and stories (storytelling) about the modern opportunities for girls.
The main guest of the forum is the Regional Director for CIS Countries of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), Natalia Mochu, who will deliver a keynote speech.
The goal of the forum “Opportunities of Information Technologies for Girls in Central Asia” is to motivate and encourage youth, especially girls and women in remote rural areas, to study and obtain technological education, promote inclusivity and understanding of the gender digital divide, as well as support education in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) and digital skills, and promote the careers of girls and young women in the field of information technology. One of the strategic objectives of the forum is to create conditions for sustainable development by expanding the socio-economic opportunities for women.

Radio “Salam Batken” is the main source of information in audio format in Batken (population 560 thousand people) region.
Batken one of the regions with the largest number of external migration and one of the main reasons is unemployment. Through the podcasts of the Sanarip Insan project, we encourage citizens to master digital skills, become a sought-after specialist in today’s realities, work and earn money without leaving the country. In addition, we encourage housewives – girls and women to start working, have mastered digital skills, and lead a prosperous life. In other words, we try to find answers to questions about how modern technologies change people’s lives, make their lives easier, save time, help them become specialists following modern requirements, tell in simple terms models of digital personalities that closely interact with information technologies, about their path, image and success.

Bishkek is the capital of Kyrgyzstan and the country’s largest city by number of inhabitants (over 1 million).
Bishkek is located in the centre of the Chui Valley at the foot of one of the Tien Shan mountain ranges, the Kyrgyz Ala-Too. It is 375 kilometres long and stretches from the Boom Gorge to the Talas region. The highest point of the range (4875 metres) is Semenov-Tyan-Shansky peak.
Bishkek is a very green city. There are many parks, boulevards and squares. Not far from the capital there are green mountains and Ala-Archa National Park. It occupies more than 2200 hectares and is the most popular place of rest for Bishkek residents tired of the city bustle.
The final trainings held across the country under the Digital Personality Project were held in Bishkek on 23-24 January. The event was attended by Taalai Berdiev, Head of the Youth Policy Department of the Ministry of Culture, Information, Sports and Youth Policy, Talant Sultanov, Chairman of the Kyrgyz branch of the Internet Society, and Aizada Yusupova Yusupova, Head of the She starts Women’s Entrepreneurship Development Fund, who shared their views on the relevance of digital skills.
On the first day of training we tried to show by examples how with the help of these digital skills you can achieve economic independence and improve your life from the comfort of your home, country, starting with creating an account in social networks: Instagram, Tik-Tok, Facebook, Google My Business, WhatsApp Business, Telegram.
The second day of training on digital tourism and necessary applications: 2GIS Maps, Booking.com, AirBnB, Expedia, Agoda, Bronevik.com how to register and use room booking platforms such as TripAdvisor.com browsing sites such as Shelter PMS, Edelweiss, Fidelio and webpms Travelline managed to get acquainted and master such systems as hotel management automation.
This will summarise the results of the trainings on training young people, women, migrants in digital tourism and the use of SMM skills in entrepreneurship, held in cooperation with the Foundation for the Development of Entrepreneurship among Women” She starts “in the framework of the project” Promotion of equal opportunities and sustainability of young people “(digital citizen). Sanarip Insan is a project aimed at improving digital literacy among young people, women, migrants and people living in remote regions. In particular, it proposes the use of digital platforms, learning the functions of social networks, digital financial applications, the use of information technology in online commerce and entrepreneurship, and ways of sustainable development through a green economy. The project is implemented by the European Neighbourhood Council and the Internet Society Kyrgyzstan Chapter with the support of the EU.
