Startup competition from the Sanarip Insan project
On July 26 of the current year, the “Sanarip Insan” project announced a startup competition.
Startups were announced in the following directions:
- IT solutions: development of social and tourism services based on digital platforms.
- Education sector: preparation for advancing education levels and developing digital skills.
- E-commerce: increasing sales, optimizing marketing, enhancing customer service, e-business projects in the electronic commerce field.
- Artificial Intelligence: business projects based on artificial intelligence platforms.
The “Sanarip Insan” team, have decided to organize an informational session on August 4th to provide detailed information about the competition and address questions received on our Instagram page.
An informational session was held for about an hour, and answers were provided to all questions received from participants.
“Sanarip Insan” START-UP competition is announced!
It is held to “empower young people, especially young women, to utilise advanced digital knowledge and skills to create under-capitalised business projects” and aims to develop and support sustainable business models.
The startup is announced in the following areas:
IT solutions: creating social and tourism services based on digital platforms;
Education sector: preparing to enhance education and digital skills;
E-business: increasing sales, optimising marketing, improving customer service, e-business business projects;
Artificial Intelligence: business projects based on artificial intelligence platforms.
Total prize fund: 25000€
Note: 1 tstartup project is given out maximum: 5-000€.

Бишкек – столица Кыргызстана и самый большой город страны по количеству жителей (больше 1 миллиона).
Бишкек расположен в центре Чуйской долины у подножия одного из горных хребтов Тянь-Шаня – Кыргызского Ала-Тоо. Его длина составляет 375 километров и простирается от Боомского ущелья до Таласской области. Самой высокой точкой хребта (4875 метров) является пик Семёнова-Тян-Шанского.
Бишкек – очень зеленый город. Здесь много парков, бульваров и сквериков. Недалеко от столицы находятся зеленые горы и национальный парк Ала-Арча. Он занимает более 2200 гектаров и является самым популярным местом отдыха бишкекчан, уставших от городской суеты.
Итоговые тренинги, проведенные по всей стране в рамках проекта» цифровая личность”, прошли в городе Бишкек 23-24 января. В мероприятии приняли участие руководитель управления молодежной политики Министерства культуры, информации, Спорта и молодежной политики Таалай Бердиев, председатель Кыргызского отделения Общества интернета Талант Султанов, руководитель Фонда развития предпринимательства среди женщин “She starts” Юсупова Айзада, которые поделились своим мнением об актуальности цифровых навыков.
В первый день обучения мы попытались показать на примерах, как с помощью этих цифровых навыков можно достичь экономической независимости и улучшить свою жизнь, не выходя из дома, страны, начиная с создания учетной записи в социальных сетях: Instagram, Tik-Tok, Facebook, Google My Business, WhatsApp Business, Telegram.
Второй день тренинга цифровой туризм и необходимые приложения: Карты 2GIS, Booking.com, AirBnB, Expedia, Agoda, Bronevik.com как зарегистрироваться и использовать платформы бронирования номеров, такие как, TripAdvisor.com просматривая такие сайты, как Shelter PMS, Edelweiss, Fidelio и webpms Travelline удалось познакомиться и освоить такие системы, как автоматизация управления отелями.
На этом будут подведены итоги тренингов по обучению молодых людей, женщин, мигрантов цифровому туризму и использованию навыков SMM в предпринимательстве, проводимых совместно с Фондом развития предпринимательства среди женщин” She starts “в рамках проекта” Продвижение равных возможностей и устойчивости молодежи ” (цифровая личность). Всего учения прошли в 10 регионах страны:Кочкорский район, г. Нарын; г. Каракол, С. Боконбаев; Таласская область:с. Кызыл-Адыр; Джалал-Абадская область: г. Базар-Коргон; г. Джалал-Абад; г. Ош; В городе Баткен и городе Бишкек более 200 молодых женщин и девушек обучены основным цифровым навыкам на практической основе.
По итогам двухдневного тренинга участникам были вручены сертификаты.
Проект ”Санарип Инсан ” – проект, направленный на повышение цифровой грамотности молодежи, женщин, мигрантов и жителей отдаленных регионов. В частности, он предлагает использование цифровых платформ, изучение функций социальных сетей, цифровые финансовые приложения, использование информационных технологий в онлайн-коммерции и предпринимательстве, а также пути устойчивого развития за счет зеленой экономики. Проект реализуется European Neighborhood Council и Кыргызским Отделением Интернет-общества при поддержке ЕС.

Osh was once an important region on the Great Silk Road linking the west and east of the country. In general, Fergana was the largest city in the valley. Silk and sherbets were sold, camel and horse caravans were endless.
Today, the southern capital of Kyrgyzstan has turned into a peculiar region that includes ancient shrines. The city of Osh is the second most populous city after Bishkek. The city of Osh with 3000 years of history is popular with tourists. Thanks to digital tourism and training in the proper use of social networks in business, local residents will have good opportunities for employment without leaving the country. The Sanarip Insan Project trainings were held in Osh oblast to improve the economic well-being of youth and women by increasing digital literacy.
On 19-20 January, an educational training for youth and women “Basic digital skills and work on digital tourism platforms” was held in Osh city. Participants from different districts of Osh province signed up for the training, the project is aimed at increasing the employment potential of rural youth, women and migrants.
These trainings use the MISTT methodology adapted to the country. The mistt methodology (Mobile Internet Skills Trainings Toolkit) is an application for teaching basic mobile internet skills.
Our trainers taught all participants basic digital skills, and all those who came to this training learnt how to use social networks such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Google My Business WhatsApp and Telegram messengers in business.
This event is organised with the financial support of the European Union, the project “Sanarip Insan” “Creation of equal economic opportunities and promotion of youth sustainability”. It is implemented by the public association “Women’s Entrepreneurship Development Fund (She starts)”.
At the end of the two-day training, the participants were awarded certificates.

Bokonbaevo is a picturesque village on the southern shore of Lake Issyk-Kul, which is the centre of eco-tourism in Kyrgyzstan. Situated in a paradisiacal corner, against the backdrop of exciting mountain scenery and blue-blue Issyk-Kul sparkling in the sun, every year it welcomes hundreds of tourists from all over the world, longing for unity with nature, simple rural life, and acquaintance with original Kyrgyz traditions.
The village is located 160 km from Karakol and 280 km from Bishkek at an altitude of 1800 metres above sea level. From here, treks are offered along the Terskey Ala-Too mountain range, lasting from one day to two weeks, through wild hot springs, the salty Lake Manas Bowl and Kyrgyzstan’s longest waterfall.
On the coast of Issyk-Kul and at the foot of the mountains there are guest houses and yurt camps where you can live the traditional life of the Kyrgyz. It is great to get up at sunrise, have a breakfast of boorsoks and fresh koumiss, ride horses through dewy green meadows, and then have a hearty lunch of besh-barmak, byzhy, zhorg, swim in the warm Issyk-Kul or go fishing, and in the late evening listen to the songs of akyns around the campfire.

Karakol is one of the most popular tourist centres in Kyrgyzstan. Every year it receives tens of thousands of tourists from Europe and Asia.
Karakol is located in the east of Kyrgyzstan, at the foot of the Teskei-Ala-Too ridge. Only 12 kilometres away from the city is Lake Issyk-Kul, which is without exaggeration the main natural attraction of its country.
Karakol is separated from Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan, by almost four hundred kilometres.
Currently, Karakol is the administrative centre of Issyk-Kul oblast. According to the latest census, it is home to just over 60,000 people. Tourists Karakol receives during the year, of course, many times more. Everyone who believes that “only mountains that have never been there before can be better than mountains” should definitely visit Karakol.
