Бүгүнкү күндө Кыргызстандын түштүк борбору байыркы ыйык жерлерди камтыган касиеттүү аймакка айланды. Ош шаары — калкынын саны боюнча Бишкектен кийинки экинчи орунда турат. 3000 жылдык тарыхы бар Ош шаары туристтердин сүймөнчүлүгүнө ээ. Санарип туризм жана социалдык тармактарды ишкердикте туура колдонууну үйрөнүү менен жергиликтүү калк өз өлкөсүнөн чыкпастан жумуш менен камсыз болууга жакшы мүмкүнчүлүктөр бар. “Санарип Инсан” долбоорунун окутуулары дал ушул, жаштардын жана кыз-келиндердин санарип сабаттулугун жогорулатуу менен экономикалык бакубаттулуугун жакшыртуу максатында Ош облусунда болду.

19-20-январь күндөрү Ош шаарында жаштар жана аялдар үчүн «Негизги санариптик көндүмдөр жана санарип туристик платформаларда иштөө» боюнча билим берүү тренинги өттү. Окууга Ош облусунун ар кайсы райондорунан катышуучулар катталып, долбоор айылдык жаштардын, аялдардын жана мигранттардын иш менен камсыз болуу потенциалын жогорулатууга багытталган.

Бул окутууларда өлкөгө ылайыкташтырылган MISTT методологиясы колдонулууда. MISTT (Mobile Internet Skills Trainings Toolkit)методологиясы -бул мобилдик интернеттин негизги көндүмдөрүн үйрөтүүчү колдонмо.

Катышуучулар тренерлерибиздин жардамы менен  санариптик базалык билимдерди алышып, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Google My Business, Whatsapp жана Telegram мессенджерлери сыяктуу социалдык тармактарды ишкердикте колдонууну үйрөнүштү.

Бул иш-чара “Бирдей экономикалык мүмкүнчүлүктөрдү түзүү жана жаштардын туруктуулугун илгерилетүү” Санарип Инсан долбоору Европа Биримдигинин каржылык колдоосу менен ишке ашырылууда. Аны “Аялдар арасында ишкердүүлүктү өнүктүрүү фонду (She Starts)” коомдук бирикмеси аткарууда.

Podcasts of the project “Digital Citizen” are on “Osh Pirim” radio

    Now, all podcast episodes of the project “Sanarip insan” are broadcast on air radio “Osh Pirim”. The audience of this radio is more than 1 million listeners daily and all people have a chance to listen to the podcast of this project live on air. Radio “Osh Pirim” is the main source of information in audio format in Osh (population 1.4 million people), Jalal-Abad (population 1.3 million people) and Batken (population 560 thousand people) regions.

    Jalal-Abad, Osh, Batken are the regions with the largest number of external migration. One of the main reasons is unemployment. hrough the podcasts of the Sanarip Insan project, we encourage citizens to master digital skills, become a sought-after specialist in today’s realities, work and earn money without leaving the country. In addition, we encourage housewives – girls and women to start working, have mastered digital skills, and lead a prosperous life. In other words, we try to find answers to questions about how modern technologies change people’s lives, make their lives easier, save time, help them become specialists following modern requirements, tell in simple terms models of digital personalities that closely interact with information technologies, about their path, image and success.

Sanarip Insan “Digital Citizen” is recognized as the best project of the year

Sanarip Insan (Digital Citizen) project is recognized as the best project by the Ministry of Culture, Information, Sports and Youth Policy of the Kyrgyz Republic for improving the economic well-being of rural youth through the transfer of digital skills and related practical skills. 

The Sanarip Insan project is aimed at improving the digital literacy of youth, women, migrants and residents of remote and rural areas of the Kyrgyz Republic. In particular, it offers trainings such as the practical use of social media and digital platforms for business, digital financial applications, information technologies in e-commerce and entrepreneurship, as well as ways for sustainable development through green economy. The project is implemented by the European Neighborhood Council and the Internet Society Kyrgyz Chapter with the financial support of the European Union.

Trainings of the project “Digital Citizen” in Bokonbaev village

Bokonbaevo is a picturesque village on the southern shore of Lake Issyk-Kul, which is the centre of eco-tourism in Kyrgyzstan. Situated in a paradisiacal corner, against the backdrop of exciting mountain scenery and blue-blue Issyk-Kul sparkling in the sun, every year it welcomes hundreds of tourists from all over the world, longing for unity with nature, simple rural life, and acquaintance with original Kyrgyz traditions.

The village is located 160 km from Karakol and 280 km from Bishkek at an altitude of 1800 metres above sea level. From here, treks are offered along the Terskey Ala-Too mountain range, lasting from one day to two weeks, through wild hot springs, the salty Lake Manas Bowl and Kyrgyzstan’s longest waterfall.

On the coast of Issyk-Kul and at the foot of the mountains there are guest houses and yurt camps where you can live the traditional life of the Kyrgyz. It is great to get up at sunrise, have a breakfast of boorsoks and fresh koumiss, ride horses through dewy green meadows, and then have a hearty lunch of besh-barmak, byzhy, zhorg, swim in the warm Issyk-Kul or go fishing, and in the late evening listen to the songs of akyns around the campfire.

On 6-7 December, an educational training for youth and women “Basic digital skills and work on digital tourism platforms” was held in Bokonbaevo village. Participants from different districts of Issyk-Kul  province signed up for the training, the project is aimed at increasing the employment potential of rural youth, women and migrants.

These trainings use the MISTT methodology adapted to the country. The mistt methodology (Mobile Internet Skills Trainings Toolkit) is an application for teaching basic mobile internet skills.

Our trainers taught all participants basic digital skills, and all those who came to this training learnt how to use social networks such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Google My Business WhatsApp and Telegram messengers in business.

This event is organised with the financial support of the European Union, the project “Sanarip Insan” “Creation of equal economic opportunities and promotion of youth sustainability”.  It is implemented by the public association “Women’s Entrepreneurship Development Fund (She starts)”.

At the end of the two-day training, the participants were awarded certificates.

Trainings of the project “Digital Citizen” in Karakol

Karakol is one of the most popular tourist centres in Kyrgyzstan. Every year it receives tens of thousands of tourists from Europe and Asia.

Karakol is located in the east of Kyrgyzstan, at the foot of the Teskei-Ala-Too ridge. Only 12 kilometres away from the city is Lake Issyk-Kul, which is without exaggeration the main natural attraction of its country.

Karakol is separated from Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan, by almost four hundred kilometres.

Currently, Karakol is the administrative centre of Issyk-Kul oblast. According to the latest census, it is home to just over 60,000 people. Tourists Karakol receives during the year, of course, many times more. Everyone who believes that “only mountains that have never been there before can be better than mountains” should definitely visit Karakol.
