Айсок Кыргызстан демонстрирует преимущества Lorawan для мониторинга изменения климата

6-10 апреля 2023 года исследовательская команда кыргызского отделения Интернет Общества провела демонстрацию автоматических метеорологических станций и других датчиков с поддержкой lorawan для ключевых партнеров проекта. Команда посетила различных партнеров, где они тщательно распаковали все датчики и подробно обсудили технические характеристики и пригодность датчиков для пилотных локаций.

Чтобы предоставить партнерам всестороннее представление о датчиках и их потенциальных преимуществах, команда распространила демонстрационные продукты для «домашнего» тестирования. Это позволило партнерам получить непосредственный опыт работы с датчиками и понять, как они работают, а также понять их потенциальные преимущества в достижении целей проекта и будущих приложений.

Важным аспектом исследовательского проекта является установка этих датчиков в пилотных местах совместными усилиями кыргызского отделения ISOC и команды Международного Центра Теоретической Физики имени Абдус Салама (Италия). Собирая данные с этих датчиков, проект стремится продемонстрировать значительную ценность технологии lorawan ключевым заинтересованным сторонам.

LoRaWAN (Long Range Wide Area Network) — это протокол беспроводной связи, специально разработанный для приложений Интернета вещей (IoT). Он обеспечивает дальнюю связь с низким энергопотреблением между устройствами IoT и шлюзами, что делает его идеальным для подключения датчиков и других устройств в различных условиях, включая умные города, сельское хозяйство, логистику и мониторинг окружающей среды.

Одним из основных преимуществ технологии LoRaWAN является ее дальность действия. Он может обеспечить связь на десятки километров даже в районах с ограниченной технической инфраструктурой. Это делает его подходящим для развертывания IoT-устройств в удаленных местах или районах, недоступных для традиционных мобильных сетей.

Еще одним ключевым преимуществом LoRaWAN является низкое энергопотребление. В демонстрационных целях исследовательская группа использует диапазоны ISM. ISM означает промышленные, научные и медицинские диапазоны. Эти диапазоны дают возможность различным отраслям использовать беспроводные технологии без необходимости получения индивидуальных лицензий, способствуя инновациям и разработке разнообразных приложений.

The second round of regional trainings of the project «Sanarip Insan» took place on April 4 in Kemin.

The training to improve digital literacy this time is about «e-commerce. In particular, participants of the training have mastered photo-video shooting (mobilography), editing, creating text descriptions of products or offered services (copywriting) and formats of placement on various electronic platforms.

In total, more than 15 girls and boys took part in the training in Kant. During the training, participants practiced taking pictures of their products, posting them online and offering them to their clients. At the end of the training, all participants also received certificates that they had completed the e-commerce training.

The project «Sanarip Insan» is implemented by the «European Neighborhood and Association Council», «Internet Society Kyrgyz Chapter», with the financial support of the European Union.

Второй тур региональных тренингов проекта “Санарип Инсан” 3 апреля продолжился в городе Кант.

Тренинги по повышению цифровых навыков населения в сельской местности, на этот раз проводятся на тему “Электронная коммерция”. Особенность данного обучающего мероприятия в том, что во-первых обучение проводится на кыргызском языке, во-вторых каждый участник тренинга учится основам фото/видеосъемки (мобилографии), редактировать полученные фото/видеоматериалы, создавать к ним текстовое описание (копирайтинг) и размещать их на разных электронных площадках.

Всего в тренинге приняли участие более 15 девушек и молодых людей.

По окончании обучения всем участникам были вручены сертификаты о том, что они прошли обучение по “Электронной коммерции”.

Проект “Санарип Инсан” реализуется “Европейским Советом Соседства и Объединения”, “Кыргызским Отделением Интернет Общества”, при финансовой поддержке Европейского Союза.

The second round of regional trainings of the project «Sanarip Insan» continued in Talas city on March 28.

Training to improve the digital skills of the population in rural areas is held on the theme of «E-commerce». Training participants learned to take photos and videos (mobileography) of their products, edit them, create a text description (copywriting) and post them on various electronic platforms.

More than 30 girls and young people took part in the training.

At the end of the training, all participants were given certificates of training on «E-commerce».

27 марта более 20 девушек и молодых людей приняли участие в тренинге в селе Кызыл-Адыр Кара-Бууринского района Таласской области.

Таласская область — самый маленький регион республики. Область состоит из 4 районов, 1 поселка городского типа, 36 сельских округов, 90 сел. Постоянное население 267,4 тыс. человек. Основой экономики региона, в соответствии с природными условиями местности, является отрасль хозяйства, специализирующаяся на разведении овец, коров, лошадей и производстве из них продуктов питания.

Тренинг по повышению цифровых навыков населения в сельской местности на этот раз проводится на тему “Электронная коммерция”. Особенность данного обучающего мероприятия в том, что во-первых он проводится на кыргызском языке, а во-вторых каждый участник учится основам фото/видеосъемки (мобилографии), редактировать полученные фото/видеоматериалы, создавать к ним текстовое описание (копирайтинг) и размещать их на различных электронных платформах.

Kyrgyzstan has actively pursued digitalization over the past decade. In 2018, the country adopted the “National Strategy for Sustainable Development –2040,” which identified building a digital state as crucial for the country’s future. The key component of the strategy was the Taza Koom Digital Transformation Program, which later evolved into the five-year program “Sanarip Kyrgyzstan” (Digital Kyrgyzstan). The years 2018, 2019 and 2020 were designated as the “Years of Development and Digitalization of Regions.”

Under the President Sadyr Zhaparov, digitalization has become a key area of sustainable development. On September 7, 2022, President Sadyr Zhaparov officially stated that “Digitalization is the main trend in world development today. Kyrgyzstan is actively undergoing digitalization in public administration, economy, education, and the social sectors.”

The “Sanarip Insan” project, supported by the European Union, aims to enhance the country’s capacity by creating an ecosystem and enabling environment, providing digital skills training to various segments of the population, particularly to women and youth in rural areas. It also aims to support the government’s efforts in increasing employment opportunities, fostering entrepreneurship, reducing inequality, and promoting inclusive, innovative, and sustainable economic development.

The project aligns with the national policy of modernizing the education system through the inclusive and effective use of information and communication technologies in relevant institutions, educational establishments, and advanced training programs. It emphasizes the widespread adoption of best practices using innovative tools and the creation of equal opportunities for education and training, especially for vulnerable groups like young women, girls, people with disabilities, and migrants. The Sanarip Insan project closely collaborates with the Ministry of Education and Science, the Ministry of Culture, Information, Sports and Youth Policy, and the Ministry of Digital Development.

Launched in March 2022, the Sanarip Insan project aims to boost digital literacy among youth, women, migrants, and rural residents. It promotes sustainable development through the use of digital platforms, social media, digital finance, and information technologies for online commerce and entrepreneurship.

To achieve this, the project uses diverse methods such as offline training in remote areas, webinars on modern technologies, and podcasts reaching distant villages and international forums.

On March 16, the «Sanarip Insan» project held a training in the village of At-Bashy.

The basis of the economy in the village of At-Bashi is animal husbandry, agriculture. Housewives are engaged in needlework, sewing a carpet made of felt -shyrdak. Recently, At-Bashi has been very popular with foreign tourists. Local needlewomen and farmers need basic digital skills to sell their products not only in Kyrgyzstan, but also abroad.

On March 15, the training of the project «Sanarip Insan» was held in the city of Naryn.

Naryn is an important trading post due to the proximity of the border with China, and the city itself is a free economic zone.

The basis of the district’s economy is animal husbandry and agriculture. The area of arable land is 27.4 thousand hectares. cereals, fodder crops, potatoes and vegetables are grown.

More than 20 girls, women and young people took part in the training in Naryn. During the training, the participants took pictures of their products in practice and posted photos on the Internet for presentation to their customers. Upon completion, all participants were awarded certificates stating that they had completed the training on «Electronic Commerce».

On March 14, training of the Sanarip Insan project was held in the Tendik village of Kochkor region.

The population is mainly engaged in agriculture. A felt festival is held in Kochkor, where guests can get to know Kyrgyz culture and customs more closely, participate in a master class on wool felting, felt dressing and the art of creating colored patterns, and purchase original products.

The Kochkor Valley (or more precisely, the plateau) has recently been very popular with tourists, because here, in the midst of mountain splendor, the colorful and original traditions of the Kyrgyz people have been preserved in their original form.

Here you can participate in the installation and design of a yurt, make a felt rug (shyrdak) yourself at a master class, see a folklore show and national games, listen to Kyrgyz music performed by original musicians, and also take part in horse riding.

More than 15 girls, women and young people took part in the training in Kochkor. During the training, the participants took pictures of their products in practice and posted photos on the Internet for presentation to their customers. Upon completion, all participants were awarded certificates stating that they had completed the training on «Electronic Commerce».
