On 10 November 2023, the Innovation Centre hosted the final of the startup project competition “digital personality” with a total prize fund of 27,500 euros or 2.6 million soms.

We present the winners of the startup competition.

Nurzhan Taalaibekova, head of the project “Digital Educator”, is one of the winners of the Start Up competition “Digital Personality”.

The project is aimed at improving the qualifications of English teachers and teaching English to schoolchildren.

Nurzhan Taalaibekova won the final pitching with a score of 93.6 points.

Sanarip Insan aims to improve digital literacy among young people, women, migrants and people living in remote regions of the country. In particular, it suggests the use of digital platforms, learning the functions of social networks, digital financial applications, the use of information technology in online commerce and entrepreneurship, and ways of sustainable development through green economy. The project is implemented by the European Neighbourhood Council and the Internet Society Kyrgyz Chapter, with the financial support of the European Union.

Gulira Turat kyzy is one of the winners of the “Sanarip Insan” project stratap competition

Gulira Turat kyzy, head of the project “Digital guest house”, is one of the winners of the Sanarip Insan startup competition.

1.Nomadsanarip Guest House Association (guest house network) will be established in Naryn oblast to provide guest house services to clients. The project also provides counselling services on improving digital and compliant guest house accommodation, starting and running a business, and sustainable development.

2.Registration of youth, young families and anyone interested in opening a guesthouse in Ak-Talin and At-Bashi districts of Naryn province (maximum 25 people).

3.Participants are provided with free training on opening, operation, attracting tourists, running the business of the guest house; at the end of the training participants open a guest house and begin to provide services to receive tourists. (the guest is responsible for compliance with the standards of the house, sanitary norms, installation of sanitary facilities, etc.).

4.A base of guest houses will be created, a co-operation agreement will be concluded with tourist companies of the capital and Issyk-Kul, Chui, Naryn stations, a unified website will be developed. (This website will include information about the address, photos, conditions and services of guest houses. Also the owners of guest houses will receive tourists through this site and follow their itinerary.

5.This project will create an additional source of income for 20 young families in Naryn oblast and will improve the quality of service of guest houses in Naryn region.

6. The project will establish an association “Nomad Digital Guest Houses” (guest house network) to provide guest houses with customers. The association provides services to the guesthouses for a fee. Each tourist is charged 10 per cent.

7.The services of Nomad Digital Guest Houses Association for the guest house business are provided on a fee basis.

Two-day training for trainers from the regions completed

The “Internet Society Kyrgyz Chapter,” with financial support from the U.S. Embassy in the Kyrgyz Republic, has successfully concluded a two-day training program aimed at cultivating top experts and trainers in the field of “Digital Tourism.” This initiative is part of a broader project focused on enhancing entrepreneurship and fostering small business development in the regions.

Participants from 10 regions across Kyrgyzstan were selected to attend these offline training sessions held in Bishkek, led by renowned specialists and experts in digital tourism and marketing. Throughout the sessions, participants received comprehensive instruction on platforms such as Google Business, Google Maps, 2gis, Booking.com, WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Facebook, Airbnb, Shelter, Travelline PMS, and Edelweiss PMS.
Upon completion of the training, all participants were awarded certificates of achievement.

Note: Following the training, each participant will enter into a cooperation agreement with the Sanarip Insan Project. They are expected to share the knowledge acquired with youth and women in their respective areas and assist them in registering on the aforementioned platforms.

“The Internet Society Kyrgyz Chapter,” with financial support from the U.S. Embassy in the Kyrgyz Republic, conducted a two-day training aimed at strengthening entrepreneurship and small business development in the regions. The training focused on digital tourism and aimed to select and train participants from 10 regions of the country to become trainers and experts in this field.

Future trainers and experts in “Digital tourism” were provided detailed information on platforms such as Google Business, Google Maps, 2GIS, Booking.com, and digital marketing such as WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Facebook, Airbnb, Shelter, Travelline PMS, Edelweiss PMS.

At the conclusion of the two-day training, all participants received certificates. Following the training, each participant signed a cooperation agreement with the Digital Citizen Project. 

They committed to sharing their knowledge with youth, women, and others in their respective fields, as well as assisting them in registering on the aforementioned platforms.

Aruuke Adatova, head of the project “Kyrgyz boek”, is one of the winners of the Sanarip Insan startup competition.

At the final pitching Aruuke Adatova scored 83.2 points and received financial support for the realisation of her startup project.

“Sanarip Insan” launches a two-day course on “Digital Tourism” for regional trainers

A two-day course on “Digital Tourism” for regional trainers will be held in Bishkek on November 16-17.

The Sanarip Insan project selected 10 trainers from Kochkor-Zhumgal, Talas, Chon-Alai, Jalal-Abad; Ton, Tyup, Batken, At-Basha, Chuya and Naryn with digital skills and organizes two-day training for them to deepen their knowledge.

The trainers will be Nazira Miinekeeva, an expert on the development of “digital tourism”, who will teach the skills of using Google Business, Google Maps, 2GIS, Booking.com Instagram Facebook, Airbnb, Shelter, Traveline PMS, Edelweiss PMS, and Fariza Chilmergenova, a trainer and digital marketing expert who will give professional knowledge on WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Facebook.

All 10 participants sign a cooperation with the Sanarip project, stating that they will share their knowledge with the youth and women of their region, help them improve their economic well-being with the help of digital skills.

The project offers sustainable economic development through the use of digital platforms, the study of the functions of social networks, digital financial applications, the use of information technology in online commerce and entrepreneurship, as well as the green economy.

Bakytbek Asylbek uulu, head of the Bulbal start-up project, is one of the winners of the Sanarip Insan Start-up competition.The project is engaged in attracting tourists to Kyrgyzstan, as well as helping to open guest houses for villagers in the regions of Kyrgyzstan as a whole and in the cities of Bishkek and Osh.The startup project attracts tourists to our country through the following channels: booking.com, airbnb.com, tripadviser.com, 2gis.kg, google Maps, Instagram, Tik-Tok, YouTube The Bulbal platform provides direct sales of event tourism through tour operators in Kyrgyzstan.
We provide registration of guest houses on the following platforms: booking.com, airbnb.com, tripadviser.com.

Business model of the project: to find cosy houses in the regions and convince the residents to make them a guest house. Connecting guest houses to online booking platforms. The cost of the project is 10% of the amount they paid for accommodation, meals and other services to attract tourists to the guest houses.

In 4 months we have connected 230 houses (in all districts except Batken). Our guest house owners earn on average 25,000 soms per month. Income for 4 months is more than 2.5 million soms. Served more than 1200 tourists. We have organised several festivals.

Salym.AI is an innovative platform, to simplify and optimise tax reporting.
We offer:
●Auto-filling, auto-checking of tax reports, and we replace filling in complex forms with hundreds of cells with guiding questions;
Helping citizens to recover up to 25 per cent of tax deductions.
●Our AI-based assistant, trained in the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic, can advise in chat rooms.
Our platform guarantees error-free filing of tax forms, saving time, effort and reducing the risk of penalties.
The cost of our services is the most affordable, from 50 soms to 500 soms. Now at the MVP stage, we have developed a declaration filler for individuals and a 161st form filler for accountants. Our clients: all taxpayers and all individuals who submit declarations.
The market volume according to our estimates is 44 million KGS in the first year, where the average cheque is about $2.46.
In 2026 the submission of declarations will be mandatory for everyone and we are ready to ease the pain of submitting tax returns now.

The project “Sanarip Insan” funded by European Union promotes youth growth and development

10 ноября 2023 года в Инновационном центре прошёл Финал конкурса стартап-проектов «Санарип Инсан» с общим призовым фондом 27 500 евро или 2.6 млн сомов.

Конкурс стартап-проектов «Санарип Инсан» проводился на тему: «Расширения возможностей молодежи, в особенности молодых женщин, в использовании передовых цифровых знаний и навыков для создания бизнес-проектов с недостаточным капиталом» и направлен на разработку и поддержку устойчивых бизнес-моделей влияющие в том числе на социально-экономическую жизнь населения малых городов, сельской местности, фермеров.

Кыргызстанцы от 18-35 лет могли подать свои идеи по 4 направлениям:

  • IT-решения;
  • образование;
  • электронный бизнес;
  • искусственный интеллект.

На первом этапе всего было подано 164 заявок, из которых 115 было от женщин. На второй этап конкурса прошли 22, а на финал 18 заявок.

На финальном мероприятии из 18 финалистов со всех регионов нашей страны 16 смогли принять оффлайн участие, а 2 стартапера из Баткенской области участвовали онлайн.

После защиты всеми участниками своих стартап-проектов, члены жюри, определили лучшие 8 стартап-идеи и вручили победителям сертификаты на финансовую поддержку, а также памятные подарки.

1 место с грантовой поддержкой в 400 000 сомов занял стартап-проект “Salym.AI – умный налоговый ассистент”, 8 место с грантовой поддержкой в 150 000 сомов занял стартап-проект “Кыргыз Боёк”. 600 000 сомов будут распределены между командами, которые сегодня не выиграли.

На церемонии вручения сертификатов приняли участие заместитель министра образования и науки Кыргызской Республики Супаналиев Бекжан Төрөбаевич, заместитель министра труда, социального обеспечения и миграции Кыргызской Республики Чаначев Улан Белекович и заместитель министра цифрового развития Кыргызской Республики Омельченко Клим Сергеевич. Они также подчеркнули вклад проекта “Санарип Инсан” в повышении цифровой грамотности молодежи и женщин в сельских местностях в эпоху цифровизации.

Целью проекта «Санарип Инсан» является повышение цифровой грамотности молодёжи, женщин, мигрантов и жителей отдалённых регионов страны. В частности, предлагает использование цифровых платформ, изучение функций социальных сетей, цифровые финансовые приложения, использование информационных технологий в онлайн-коммерции и предпринимательстве, а также пути устойчивого развития за счет зеленой экономики. Проект реализуется European Neighborhood Council и Кыргызским Отделением Интернет-общества, при поддержке Европейского Союза.
