    Now, all podcast episodes of the project “Sanarip insan” are broadcast on air radio “Osh Pirim”. The audience of this radio is more than 1 million listeners daily and all people have a chance to listen to the podcast of this project live on air. Radio “Osh Pirim” is the main source of information in audio format in Osh (population 1.4 million people), Jalal-Abad (population 1.3 million people) and Batken (population 560 thousand people) regions.

    Jalal-Abad, Osh, Batken are the regions with the largest number of external migration. One of the main reasons is unemployment. hrough the podcasts of the Sanarip Insan project, we encourage citizens to master digital skills, become a sought-after specialist in today’s realities, work and earn money without leaving the country. In addition, we encourage housewives – girls and women to start working, have mastered digital skills, and lead a prosperous life. In other words, we try to find answers to questions about how modern technologies change people’s lives, make their lives easier, save time, help them become specialists following modern requirements, tell in simple terms models of digital personalities that closely interact with information technologies, about their path, image and success.

Sanarip Insan (Digital Citizen) project is recognized as the best project by the Ministry of Culture, Information, Sports and Youth Policy of the Kyrgyz Republic for improving the economic well-being of rural youth through the transfer of digital skills and related practical skills. 

The Sanarip Insan project is aimed at improving the digital literacy of youth, women, migrants and residents of remote and rural areas of the Kyrgyz Republic. In particular, it offers trainings such as the practical use of social media and digital platforms for business, digital financial applications, information technologies in e-commerce and entrepreneurship, as well as ways for sustainable development through green economy. The project is implemented by the European Neighborhood Council and the Internet Society Kyrgyz Chapter with the financial support of the European Union.

Jalal-Abad region occupies 17% of the country’s territory with a population of 1238.8 million people. The tourism potential of Jalal-Abad is very strong, as it is known for the Arslanbob walnut forest, the Sary-Chelek lake, the Toktogul reservoir, the Kyzyl-Unkur and Kok-Art natural reserves. This, in turn, creates conditions for improving the economic situation of young people and women with the help of digital skills, without leaving the country. The training of the Sanarip Insan project is aimed at improving digital literacy among young people and women in the regions.On December 19, the first day of a two-day educational training for young people and women on the topic “Basic digital skills and working on digital tourism platforms” began in Jalal-Abad. In training mentors use an adapted MISTT methodology. The MISTT (Mobile Internet Skills Trainings Toolkit) methodology is a toolkit for teaching people basic mobile internet skills.Participants receive basic digital skills and learn how to use social networks such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Google My Business, and messaging apps like WhatsApp and Telegram to develop their businesses.The project is aimed at increasing the employment potential of rural youth, women and migrants.This event is organized with the financial support of the European Union of the Sanarip Insan project “Promoting Equal Economic Opportunities and Resilience of Youth”. It is implemented by the Foundation of the Development of Entrepreneurship among Women “She starts”.The “Sanarip Insan” project is being implemented by the European Neighborhood and Unification Council, the Kyrgyz Branch of the Internet Society, with the financial support of the European Union.Following the results of the two-day training the participants were awarded certificates. Some local media “Жалал-Абад Медиаборбору” supported us and they made videos about our training.

Talas region is the smallest region of the country in terms of area and population, occupying only 6% of its territory with a permanent population of 267.4 thousand people. In addition to the mountains, the Talas region has many cultural attractions. This is a historical region of secluded Kyrgyz residence. The memory of the national hero Manas is kept here, in the vast historical complex “Manas Ordo”. There are also ancient burial sites of the Huns, the largest in Central Asia. And the Kirov reservoir, built in Soviet times, is a unique example of architectural monumentalism of those times. The local population has good opportunities for employment or even for creating new jobs without leaving their country, by means of digital literacy and the proper use of digital skills in entrepreneurship.

On December 10-11, a training for young people and women “Basic digital skills and work on digital tourism platforms” was held in the village of Kyzyl-Adyr, Kara-Buura district. Participants from different districts of the Talas region signed up for the training, the project is aimed at increasing the employment potential of rural youth, women and migrants. По заказу Министерства культуры, информации, спорта и молодежной политики Кыргызской Республики в рамках молодежной платформы “Келечек”  “Кыргызское отделение Интернет Общества” совместно с “Европейским советом соседства”  реализует проект “Продвижение равных экономических возможностей и устойчивости молодежи – ” цифровая личность”. Он финансируется Европейским Союзом.

9-10 ноября в Кочкорском районе Нарынской области начались двухдневные тренинги, проводимые в рамках проекта “Продвижение равных экономических возможностей и устойчивости молодежи – ” цифровая личность”.

Обучение проводилось 2 дня, в течение которых молодые люди и женщины оттачивали свои базовые цифровые навыки и знания в соответствии с методологией MISTT (Mobile Internet Skills Training Toolkit) для работы на цифровых туристических платформах и эффективного использования социальных сетей в бизнесе, таких как Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, Google; Мой бизнес, мессенджеры Whatsapp, Telegram, Google.com и карты 2GIS, а также научились регистрировать и использовать платформы бронирования номеров, такие как,  Booking.com, AirBnB, Expedia, Agoda, Bronevik.com TripAdvisor.com просматривая такие сайты, как Shelter PMS, Edelweiss, Fidelio и webpms Travelline изучили такие системы, как автоматизация управления отелями.

В двухдневном тренинге приняли участие более 20 жителей Кочкора, среди которых были молодые люди, женщины и предприниматели. По итогам двухдневного обучения участникам были вручены сертификаты.

Проект “Санарип Инсан” направлен на повышение цифровой грамотности молодежи, женщин, мигрантов и жителей отдаленных районов нашей страны. В частности, он предлагает обучение функциям социальных сетей, использованию цифровых платформ, цифровым финансовым приложениям, информационным технологиям в онлайн-торговле и предпринимательстве, а также путям устойчивого развития через зеленую экономику. Проект реализуется Советом Европейского соседства и “Кыргызским Отделением Интернет Общества” при финансовой поддержке Европейского союза.

Naryn is the largest and mountainous region of Kyrgyzstan. The population is about 300 thousand people. Due to the harsh climate in which most residents are engaged in animal husbandry, the younger generation is forced to go abroad in search of work because of unemployment. Recently, there has been an increasing interest of tourists in this region. This, in turn, contributes to the growth of the number of guest houses. However, not all owners of guest houses know how to use modern digital skills when selling their services on the Internet to develop their business. Therefore, digital literacy is of great importance for reducing unemployment, providing workplaces for young people, women and migrants in their country. 

For this reason, the training of the digital personality project takes place in the Naryn region.On November 17-18, the EU-funded project “Promotion of equal opportunities and youth sustainability” training in the Naryn region. It was attended by about 20 young people, women, single mothers who improved their digital skills in the field of tourism and digital professions. It isimplemented Foundation of the Development of Entrepreneurship among Women “She starts”.In training mentors use an adapted MISTT methodology. The MISTT (Mobile Internet Skills Training Toolkit) methodology is a toolkit for teaching people basic mobile internet skills.

On the first day of training (November 17), participants received information about the SMM and got acquainted with the ways of its proper use in business. Facebook Instagram, Tik-Tok platforms, as well as Google Statistics, WhatsApp, Telegram messengers were also taught by the participants how to work in practice with Facebook, Instagram, Tik-Tok platforms. As a result, each participant was able to create their own pages on social networks, link them to messengers and learn how to send links.The second day of the training is dedicated to tourism and its participants directly: Google; Airbnb; TripAdvisor; Booking.com was told about the platforms and trained in the methods of practical use.Then, following the results of the two-day training, the participants were awarded certificates. 9-10-ноябрда Нарын облусунун Кочкор айылында “Жаштардын бирдей мүмкүнчүлүктөрүн жана туруктуулугун илгерилетүү” (Санарип Инсан) долбоорунун алкагында жарандарга санарип көндүмдөрдү окутуу тренингдери  башталды.

9-ноябрь окутуулардын алгачкы күнүндө ачылыш аземи болуп, иш-чарага Кыргыз Республикасынын маданият, маалымат, спорт жана жаштар саясаты министрлигинин өкүлү Адамалиев Азамат Николаевич катышып, өз сөзүндө төмөндөгүлөргө токтолду: “Бул окутуулар Кыргыз Республикасынын маданият, маалымат, спорт жана жаштар саясаты министрлигинин “Келечек” жаштар платформасы “Санарип Инсан” долбоору менен биргеликте аймактардагы туризм тармагында эмгектенип жаткан жарандарга туризм тармагына тиешелүү санарип көндүмдөрдү үйрөтүп, сабаттуулугун жогорулатууга багытталган. Тренингдер мындан ары өлкөбүздүн башка аймактарында да уланат. Сиздерге пайдалуу болот деп ишенем.”

Андан соң “Санарип Инсан” долбоорунун координатору Азиз Солтобаев сөз сүйлөп, долбоордун максаты тууралуу айта кетти: “Бул жерден Турдакун Усубалиев, Айсулуу Тыныбекова сыяктуу белгилүү адамадар чыккан. Айсулуу дүйнө жүзүнө Кыргызстанды гана эмес, Нарын облусун, анын ичинде Кочкор районун таанытты, туристтердин кызыгуусун арртырды. Ошол себептен жергиликтүү калктын интернет айдыңында туристтердин буюртмаларын кабыл алуу, тейлөө, конок үйлөрүнө жайгаштыруу боюнча кызмат көрсөтүүнү билүүсү керек. Мисалы, азыркы күндө СММ адистиги бар, ал Facebook, Instagram, Tik-Tok, Whatsapp, Telegram сыяктуу платформаларды бизнести таанытуу, жайылтуу үчүн колдонгон адис. Алар бир эле долбоордон 200-500$ га чейин алышат. Сиздер да Кочкордо эле отуруп башка аймактарга, жок дегенде жергиликтүү мейманканаларга, конок үйлөрүнө өзүңөрдүн кызматтарыңарды көрсөтсөңүздөр болот. Ал эми “Санарип Инсан” долбоору Евробиримдиктин каржылоосу менен аймактардагы жаштардын санарип сабаттуулугун жогорулатып, алардын жашоо деңгээлин жакшыртууну максат кылып келет жана ал ишке ашат деп ойлойм.”

     “She starts” коомдук фондунун аткаруучу мүдүрү Айзада Усупова өз сөзүндө: “Бул окутуулар “Интернет Коомунун Кыргыз Бөлүмү” менен “She starts” долбоору биргеликте ишке ашырып жатат. Бул иш-чара “Жаштар күнүнүн алкагында өткөрүлүп жатат. Сиздерди майрамыңыздар менен куттуктайбыз жана тренинг жемиштүү болот деп ишенебиз”,- деди.

 

Андан соң тренинг башталып, ментор Назира Мийнекеева өз тажрыйбасы менен бөлүшүп, туризмге тиешелүү санарип көндүмдөрдү  катышуучулар менен биргеликте иш жүзүндө аткарышты. Мисалы, Google; Airbnb; Tripadvisor; Booking.com ж.б.у.с. платформаларда катталуу эрежелерин, ал платформаларда алдыңкы саптарга кантип чыгуу керектигин, төлөмдөрдү аткарууну, кокус кандайдыр бир көйгөй жаралып калса ар бир платформанын кызмат көрсөтүү операторлору менен байланышуу жолдорун үйрөнүштү. Жыйынтыгында окутууга катышкан жыйырмадай катышуучу үйүнөн чыкпай санарип көндүмдөрдүн жардамы менен конок үйлөрүн дүйнөгө таанытуу менен өзүнө кардаларды табууну өздөштүрүштү. 

10-ноябрь күнү интернет-маркетинг боюнча менторлор Айбек Куренкеев жана Нурлан Маннапов “Социалдык тармактар” тууралуу айтып, катышуучуларга ишкердүүлүктү алдыга жылдыруудагы маанисин мисалдарга таянып көрсөтүштү. Катышуучулар иш жүзүндө Facebook, Instagram, Tik-Tok платформаларын, ошону менен катар Google статистика, WhatsApp, Telegram месенджерлери менен иштөөнү да үйрөнүштү. Жыйынтыгында ар бир катышуучу социалдык тармактарда бизнес-баракчаларын түзүп, аларды месенджерлер менен байланыштырып, шилтемелерди жөнөткөндү өздөштүрүүгө жетишишти.

Эки күндүк тренингге 20дан ашык жаран катышып, алардын арасында жаштар, кыз-келиндер жана ишкерлер болду. Жыйынтыгында катышуучуларга сертификаттар тапшырылды. 

Бул тренинг “Санарип инсан” долбоорунун аймактарда баштаган окутууларынын алгачкысы. Мындан ары атайын тренингдер өлкөбүздүн башка аймактарнында алдыдагы 4 ай ичинде уланат.

«Санарип Инсан» долбоору Европа Коңшулук Кеңеши менен «Интернет Коомунун Кыргыз Бөлүмү» (Айсок) бирикмеси тарабынан ишке ашырылып жатат. Аны Европа Биримдиги каржылоодо.
