On March 14, training of the Sanarip Insan project was held in the Tendik village of Kochkor region.

The population is mainly engaged in agriculture. A felt festival is held in Kochkor, where guests can get to know Kyrgyz culture and customs more closely, participate in a master class on wool felting, felt dressing and the art of creating colored patterns, and purchase original products.

The Kochkor Valley (or more precisely, the plateau) has recently been very popular with tourists, because here, in the midst of mountain splendor, the colorful and original traditions of the Kyrgyz people have been preserved in their original form.

Here you can participate in the installation and design of a yurt, make a felt rug (shyrdak) yourself at a master class, see a folklore show and national games, listen to Kyrgyz music performed by original musicians, and also take part in horse riding.

Training to improve the digital skills of the population in rural areas, this time is held on the topic “Electronic commerce”. In particular, the training participants learn in practice to take photos and videos (mobilography) of their products or services provided, edit, create a text description for them (copywriting) and place them on various electronic platforms.

More than 15 girls, women and young people took part in the training in Kochkor. During the training, the participants took pictures of their products in practice and posted photos on the Internet for presentation to their customers. Upon completion, all participants were awarded certificates stating that they had completed the training on «Electronic Commerce». 

We would like to thank the public association «Kochkor Initiative Youth» for their help in organizing the training «E-commerce».

The “Sanarip Insan” project is being implemented by the European Neighborhood and Unification Council, the  “Internet Society Kyrgyz Chapter”, with the financial support of the European Union.

We would like to thank Issyk-Kul State University named after K. Tynystanov for assisting in the organization of training on «Electronic commerce», as well as Issyk-Kul TV for providing informational support.

On March 13 the training in the region of the project «Sanarip Insan» continued in the village Bokonbaev.

Bokonbaev village is the center of ecological tourism in Kyrgyzstan. Every year it receives hundreds of tourists from different countries of the world. One of the villages with a strong strategic potential of agro-industrial direction. For example, in this village, currant and apricot festivals are held annually in August, which have already become traditional. Farmers can sell their products at the festival, and it is also a good opportunity for fruit and berry processors to present their products on the market. After the residents of this village take part in the training on e-commerce of the Sanarip Insan project, they can sell their goods/ services not only in Kyrgyzstan, but also abroad with the help of an online store.

Karakol is the administrative center of the Issyk-Kul region. It has a strong economic potential and is the fourth largest city in Kyrgyzstan. Karakol creates conditions for economic activity for residents of three surrounding districts; these are Jeti – Oguz, Tyup and Ak-Suu districts. Among the areas of activity – hotel and restaurant business, mountain tourism, beekeeping, animal husbandry, milk production, as well as the cultivation and processing of vegetables and fruits.

The second round of  training for the project “Sanarip Insan” began on March 10 in Balykchy.

Balykchy is the most important economic and transport center of the Issyk-Kul region.  This city is a place where three directions converge, or rather, the Chui region, located at the junction of highways covering the Northern and southern shores of Lake Issyk-Kul. The strategic location of the city contributed to the development of its trade markets and logistics infrastructure. These markets are actively traded throughout the year, and these markets attract people and businessmen from all over the Issyk-Kul region. The city is very conveniently located geographically: it is located a short distance between Kazakhstan and China; therefore, this place is considered the most important transport hub in the north of Kyrgyzstan, as railways, water and cars pass through it. For this reason, the training on e-commerce of the project «Sanarip Insan» started in the city of Balykchy

Боконбаево – живописное селение на южном берегу озера Иссык-Куль, которое является центром экологического туризма в Кыргызстане. Расположенное в райском уголке, на фоне волнующих горных пейзажей и сине-голубого, сверкающего на солнце Иссык-Куля, ежегодно оно принимает сотни туристов из разных стран мира, жаждущих единения с природой, простой сельской жизни, знакомства с самобытными кыргызскими традициями.

Село расположено в 160 км от Каракола и в 280 км от Бишкека на высоте 1800 м над уровнем моря. Отсюда предлагаются треки по горному хребту Терскей Ала-Тоо, длительностью от одного дня до двух недель через дикие горячие источники, соленое озеро Чаша Манаса и самый длинный в Кыргызстане водопад.

На побережье Иссык-Куля и у подножия гор расположены гостевые дома и юртовые стоянки, где можно пожить традиционной жизнью киргизов. Как здорово встать на восходе солнца, позавтракать боорсоками и выпить свежего кумыса, покататься на лошадях по росистым зеленым лугам, а затем плотно пообедать беш-бармаком, быжы, жоргом, поплавать в теплом Иссык-Куле или отправиться на рыбалку, и уже поздним вечером слушать песни акынов у костра.

Тренинги проекта ”Санарип Инсан» прошли в Ошской области с целью улучшения экономического благосостояния молодежи и женщин путем повышения цифровой грамотности.

6-7 декабря 2022 года в селе Боконбаево прошел образовательный тренинг для молодежи и женщин  «Основные цифровые навыки и работа на цифровых туристических платформах». На тренинг записались участники  со всего Боконбаево и других сёл Иссык-Кульской области, проект направлен на повышение потенциала занятости сельской молодежи, женщин и мигрантов.

В этих тренингах используется методология MISTT, адаптированная к стране. Методология mistt (Mobile Internet Skills Trainings Toolkit)- это приложение для обучения основным навыкам мобильного интернета.

Наши тренеры обучили всех участников базовым цифровым навыкам, а также все кто прищёл на данный тернинг научились использовать социальные сети, такие как Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Google My Business WhatsApp и мессенджеры Telegram в бизнесе.

Это мероприятие проводится при финансовой поддержке Европейского союза, проекта «Санарип Инсан» «Создание равных экономических возможностей и содействие устойчивости молодежи”.  Ее выполняет общественное объединение” Фонд развития предпринимательства среди женщин (She starts)».

По итогам двухдневного тренинга участникам были вручены сертификаты.

Проект ”Санарип Инсан » — проект, направленный на повышение цифровой грамотности молодежи, женщин, мигрантов и жителей отдаленных регионов. В частности, он предлагает использование цифровых платформ, изучение функций социальных сетей, цифровые финансовые приложения, использование информационных технологий в онлайн-коммерции и предпринимательстве, а также пути устойчивого развития за счет зеленой экономики. Проект реализуется European Neighborhood Council и Кыргызским Отделением Интернет-общества при поддержке ЕС.

Каракол — один из самых популярных туристических центров Кыргызстана. Ежегодно он принимает десятки тысяч туристов из Европы и Азии.

Каракол расположен на востоке Киргизии, у подножья хребта Тескей-Ала-Тоо. Всего в 12 километрах от города находится озеро Иссык-Куль, без преувеличения, являющееся главной природной достопримечательностью своей страны.

От столицы Кыргызстана — Бишкека — Каракол отделяют почти четыре сотни километров.

В настоящее время Каракол является административным центром Иссык-Кульской области. Согласно последней переписи населения, в нем проживает чуть более 60 тысяч человек. Туристов же Каракол принимает в течение года, конечно, во много раз больше. Все, кто считает, что «лучше гор могут быть только горы, на которых еще не бывал», непременно должны побывать здесь.
