General information<\/strong><\/p>\n

With the financial support of the European Union Program for the Development of Democracy and the Protection of Human Rights, the implementation of the project “Promotion of equal economic opportunities and sustainability of youth” in the Kyrgyz Republic has begun. The project is implemented by the European Neighborhood Council (ENC) jointly with the Public Association “”Internet Society Kyrgyz Chapter”” with the assistance of the Delegation of the European Union in the Kyrgyz Republic.<\/p>\n

The goal of the project is to provide knowledge of the work of the digital and green economy to young people and women living in rural regions of the republic. This project provides for holding information events to increase the level of digital literacy in cooperation with the media and social networks, adapting and developing educational and methodological materials with representatives of the education sector, as well as conducting joint initiatives with representatives of the digital economy and government agencies to train young people to work in digital platforms in the e-government, e-commerce and digital economy sectors.<\/p>\n

As part of this and other projects, the Kyrgyz Branch of the Internet Society has accumulated a lot of digital video assets. Video materials include online interviews, footage from trips to regions, videos from offline events, and others. These materials need to be processed, edited and short cut, annotated and published on Isoq video resources (Youtube Shorts, Tik Tok, Instagram Reels, Linkedin, website), as well as for further distribution to selected bloggers.<\/p>\n

Requirements<\/strong>
\nThe potential candidate must:<\/strong><\/p>\n

know the Kyrgyz language, because 80% of the materials are in the Kyrgyz language.
\nspeak English, because 10% of materials in English
\nbe able to work on video processing programs (list in resume)
\nbe able to work on Youtube, Tik Tok, Instagram platforms (edit video, cut, put labels, geotags, additional links to the video)
\nbe able to compose competent full-fledged annotations for video materials
\nbe able to report on video views based on analytical data from digital platforms
\nbasics of mobilography desirable
\nbe disciplined in completing assigned tasks
\nbe independent in organizing the structure and order of tasks
\nResponsibilities
\nThe tasks of the media creator of the project, in particular, include:<\/p>\n

Annotation for placement in Youtube, Youtube Shorts, Instagram Reels, Tik Tok
\nCreate short video clips
\nProcess accumulated video materials
\nPost on the organization’s digital platforms
\nParticipation in expert meetings within the framework of the project
\nCommunication skills (tell your ideas, timely notify about the progress of the implementation of tasks, convey your thoughts orally and in writing)
\nAssist in the implementation of team ideas<\/p>\n

Terms<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is a short-term project for a period of 2-3 months with the possibility of subsequent employment on a contract basis. The job requires a regular presence in the office. Office in the city center. Payment is monthly on a contract basis. Payment by transfer to a bank account in national currency.
